Returns & Exchanges

At PREGMATE, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your maternity wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can focus on your journey into motherhood.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unwashed, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
